Zanele Motloung is the Founder and Managing Director of Phandaro Advisory and Consulting (PTY) LTD. Zanele has more than 23 years working experience including management roles in various sectors including Energy (IPP), Logistics, FMCG ( SABMiller /SAB-Inbev,Cadburys) . She has gained strong exposure and experience in the functions of Economic Development Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation of Economic Development Quartely achievements , IPP Audit support ,Train EPC/O&M contractors ,Impact Assessment, Strategy Development and Analysis, , Budgeting , Project Management,Training and Development, Project Implementation, Stakeholder Engagement, Community Needs Analysis , Risk and Compliance. She is a professionally certified Business Advisor accredited by the Institute of Business Advisors Southern Africa (IBASA).
